I think I'd put it up for school supplies for my grandson

What a generous prize! I can't honestly say what I'd buy right now... our lives our so chaotic and up in the air. We had a house fire and we're waiting on the insurance money to replace some of our stuff... and I don't even know how much they're giving us yet.
So I'd either use it to replace stuff that got damaged/destroyed in our house fire, or if that already was taken care of, maybe something fun like a Wii game!

Christmas shopping! I know it's early, but I've already seen a ride on toy that I want to get for my youngest son ($30 on sale). Also, we already found an art easel at a thrift store that we need to clean up and get supplies for (the rest of the card would go for supplies: chalk, crayons, magnets, butcher paper, smocks, etc).
I'm saving for a Wii (Christmas gift) and that would go straight towards it.

I would buy groceries and gas with it. I know that is a tad boring, but with 6 kids, one LARGE truck, and being a single mom, that would be the best thing I could do with it!
OK, time for the long story. What I will use a visa card for is to help pay for my vet to "brake" my little girl 9-month old sweetest puppy. Over $350. The pound will do it for $90 with ID chip ,but I am just nervious about bringing her in where you drop off in the morning and get that afternoon. Then YOU have to hope all went well and keep your puppy quiet. It is a hysterectomy.
OK, talked too much.
A visa card is perfect because anyone can use it to get whatever they want.
I want my great vet to do the operation but the cost is really keeping me from doing it.

I would put it towards buying a new swing for my son. It's the Fisher Price Aquarium swing and we got it when my daughter was born. After it was open for 2 days the mobile died so I had to call them and they sent a new motor. That one died a month or two later and I had to call again. Long story short, we ended up having to replace the motor 5 times for the 6 or so months we used it! My son was born two months ago and we've only been using it for a few weeks and the music is all garbled and it's freaking out again. I've debated calling them since the motors on the thing are just a big joke, but I'm afraid they'll tell me to deal with it since it is 2 years old. I'd like the new Rainforest one that plugs in but I bet the quality is just as bad. It's a wonderful swing when it works, but they need to fix the motor issues as the reviews on Amazon show that I'm not cursed and everybody has the same issues.

We are trying to get all the kids together for a Mother's Day get together around Memorial Day. One is out of state. I would like to put it towards air travel to get them up here.
I would probably use the money to stock my cabinets with some organic goodies for summer.

Well, what would I do with an extra, not planned for $50 dollars? I responsible, smart answer would involve paying some random bill or putting it toward some credit card debt...but the fun, childish, irresponsible side of me wants to spend it on a pizza night for me, my husband and kids!
